Missions

DIAMOND’s main objective is to guide people from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds on the path to employment, by tailoring learning programs to individual needs and enhancing employability. Cutting-edge social innovation experiments, iterative research and integrated stakeholder co-creation will validate DIAMOND’s solutions.

Two solutions will be developed:

• The Employability Growth Index (EGROW Index): this is a tool for measuring and tracking the progression of individuals’ skills, particularly in the digital and sustainable development fields. This index is used to classify users and offer them adapted learning programs.
• The MOVE Platform (Modular and Versatile Platform for Engagement and Employability): this is a digital platform dedicated to lifelong learning. It offers micro-certifications and personalized learning formats, recommended by a system based on artificial intelligence.

Immersion’s mission in this project is to design and deliver immersive learning experiences using virtual and mixed reality. As an expert in these fields, Immersion will contribute to the creation of innovative new learning formats, as part of the Shariiing offering, aimed at enhancing learners’ transformative and engagement capabilities.
